Your guide will collect you from your Arusha hotel after breakfast and take you on a scenic two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. As you enter the park, you’ll be greeted by open savannahs, ancient baobab trees, and herds of elephants that define this iconic landscape. You’ll enjoy a full-day game drive along the Tarangire River, which attracts wildlife such as giraffes, lions, zebras, and over 500 bird species.
After a relaxing picnic lunch inside the park, you’ll continue your game drive into the afternoon. Later, you’ll exit the park and drive to your nearby lodge, nestled within nature and offering sweeping views of the surrounding bush.

After breakfast, begin your drive north toward Serengeti National Park, traveling through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey itself is a visual feast, offering glimpses of Maasai villages, volcanic highlands, and wildlife along the way. By early afternoon, you’ll arrive at the Central Serengeti, known for its high density of big cats and classic savannah terrain.

Into the Wild Tented Camp



Wake early for a sunrise game drive—the best time to spot predators like lions, hyenas, and leopards before they retreat from the heat. The Central Serengeti is home to a year-round population of wildlife, and if your timing is right, you may witness the iconic wildebeest migration.
You’ll return to camp for lunch and a rest, or opt for a full-day exploration with a picnic in the bush. Whether scanning for scavengers or admiring the golden plains, your day in Serengeti is sure to be a highlight. Return to camp for dinner and a warm, restful night.
Into the Wild Tented Camp



After breakfast and one last short game drive in Serengeti, begin your journey to Ngorongoro. Along the way, you can stop for optional cultural experiences or simply enjoy the transition from open plains to lush highlands. Arrive at your lodge perched on the crater rim, offering cool mountain air and stunning forest views.
Settle in and enjoy dinner by the fireplace. Wildlife often roams near the lodge, so don’t be surprised to hear a bushbuck or buffalo rustling in the trees outside.

Rise early for a full breakfast before descending 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day safari. Known as “Africa’s Garden of Eden,” this collapsed volcano harbors a dense concentration of wildlife including lions, buffalo, hippos, zebras, and rhinos. Your guide will navigate through the various habitats while sharing insights into this unique ecosystem.
After a picnic lunch on the crater floor, begin your transfer to the airstrip and board a scenic flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you to your beachside lodge where you can relax after your safari adventure.
